Sandgrown Designs operates as a print-on-demand business, with all products produced and fulfilled through our trusted third-party production partner, Gelato. As a result:

  • All items are made to order and produced by Gelato’s global network of printers.
  • We do not hold inventory or manage direct production.
  • Each order is custom-printed and may be fulfilled from different locations depending on customer proximity and product availability.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed automatically upon purchase.
  • Production times vary but generally take 2-7 business days before shipping.
  • Shipping times depend on the delivery location and shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • Since all products are made on demand, delivery times may be subject to variations beyond our control.

  • We do not guarantee that the colours, print placement, or materials will be exactly as displayed on digital mockups due to slight variations in the printing process.
